Officer Harold Jerome Carey Endowed Scholarship

The Officer Harold Jerome Carey Endowed Scholarship is available to Criminal Justice majors who demonstrate financial need and academic achievement. Preference will be given to graduates of Baltimore City Public Schools. Scholarship funds may be used for tuition, fees and books.
