The Jeanette Brooks Garrett Merit Scholarship

The Jeanette Brooks Garrett Merit Scholarship shall provide scholarship aid to a full-time undergraduate student(s) pursuing a major in Education. The student must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher, be in a degree-seeking program and a resident of Baltimore City.
